Jada and Dr Todd both were very friendly and willing to answer our questions. They both did an excellent job of representing Noah’s Ark. The reason for the 4 out of 5 stars was because we received a call that Jumper wasn’t due for anything. On the Wellness plan we are paying for 2 visits a year so it came across as if we were being discouraged from bringing him in simply for a checkup. We have 5 cats Wellness and will probably be putting our new dog on the Wellness plan so we pay good money for their care. I would like it if the staff was a little more clued in to what the Wellness plan entitles us to.
