I can not recommend Southern Trust Mortgage and Adam Backes enough! I am so happy we went with him and his team (Amy and Lisa) as they put 110% into getting us our home loan. Our original closing date was 10/26 and we were clear to close slightly before that date however there were several hiccups along the way that set us back. At one point, because of delays incurred through no fault of our own, it seemed like all of our hard work was going to be for naught but Adam and his team buckled down and were able to get us into our home 2.5 days before Christmas. It truly was a Christmas miracle and I am grateful to everyone that made this happen for us. Great communication, timely responses and maximum effort. 15/10 would recommend again and again!
