I was disappointed with our experience. We ordered a very expensive couch, were told it would be delivered in 3 months and then only after I inquired were we informed that it was delayed a month, then I inquired again and was told it would probably be in March. I certainly understand there have been unexpected delays recently, what I did not understand was the lack of proactive communication. Then when the sofa finally arrived, the I mentioned that the delivery people tracked mud on to my rug as they were setting up the couch. I never heard anything back. So overall I was disappointed with the lack of basic customer service.
