Courtland made our home buying experience easier than I could have ever imagined. He worked around our work schedules and always gave us plenty of time to gather necessary documents. I have heard so many horror stories from people about how difficult getting a mortgage can be and Courtland the experience simple and even enjoyable. I am almost sad we closed because this means I won’t get to speak to Courtland on a weekly basis!
