Jon was thorough and we did get multiple offers for asking price the first week the house was on the market. We did let him know we wanted to sell the property as is and he assured us we wouldn’t have problems. We did come under pressure to do more than we had initially wanted to prior to listing the property (addressing paint and floor squeaks, doing some landscaping). Jon did have some vendors he recommended who worked out well. He communicated well but we did have to adjust the listing once posted to include more information about the neighborhood as that was a big selling point. Overall it was a positive experience and Jon did get the house sold quickly.
