I have been waiting on an escrow refund check for almost 60 days. This is the main reason I went with a new bank for my refinancing needs. Every time I call, I get the runaround. I get told that the new check would be cut and mailed out. I am sick and tired of this. The customer service is terrible. As a veteran, I have informed all of my active duty soldiers and my retired soldiers to stay away from this company. I had two loans with the company, and when I finally had enough of the lies, I went elsewhere. Why can't someone of authority help me and get me my money ASAP? Not once has a member of the leadership team reached out to contact me and fix this.
