Only complaint was I called in twice to get my dog's prescriptions refilled and left the message for a call back and no one ever called back I had to call in a third time and request the the girl answering the phone to have the prescriptions filled and immediately there was no problem because I had a refill available. So I did not appreciate waiting 2 days in between the first two calls and had to call back a third time to get the refills I needed.
