UC was only able to schedule WIFI service due to the location. They provided me with contact information for electric, gas and water. The gas and water companies were incorrect. The incorrect gas company went ahead and setup my account, even though the didn't service the address. They just elected to choose an address that wasn't mine and attempted to charge me for it. It took two days for me to get this service request cancelled. This was not at all what I expected from Utility Concierge.
