I spoke with a man at the front desk who was not very empathetic about my cat and also seemed a bit impatient about all my questions and he was not very clear about how I should care for my cat. He even said that my questions were out of his wheelhouse but didn't refer me to someone who could help so I had to call several more times to receive any kind of after care information. The vet my cat saw was very helpful but it would have been nice to have written care plans since I've been pretty confused after the visit.
