Vet and staff was vering caring and understanding. Vet was gentle when approaching the issue of helping my dog pass services due to her physical health declining and her quality of life. Was never pushy or even forceful and left the decision up to me after presenting all the test results. I appreciated it and even provided a reference for an at home service for passing. They are top notch
