I highly recommend Mark Martinez! He had helped our daughter and her husband with their home purchase when moving from California to Atlanta, and everything worked out without a hitch. So I knew we would be in good hands with Mark when we decided to get a second home near them when our granddaughter was born. Because of Mark’s knowledgeable guidance, we knew going in with an offer the best course of action to take for our circumstances. As it turned out we are paying cash and won’t be getting a loan after all. But if the need ever arises, we will definitely be calling on him again.
