I will start this review With a few good things .. In the start of the process things were good with communication, once the ball was rolling the communication became very poor and very inconsistent. My wife and I tried multiple times calling and sending emails and it would I either be not answered or answered multiple days later. I asked multiple times about what was due at the end for our down payment and was told multiple times the same exact amount. The day before closing it was almost impossible to get ahold of anyone by me or my wife we both work full time jobs so whenever something was needed it was always last minute we had ti rush to get it done and we did every single time without any delays.. I wish I could say that was the same on their part , I am an honest person so this review will honest. The day of closing comes and I contact title and of course the down payment amount was over 639 dollars more than what I was told the entire time, no one seemed to know where the extra amount came from..I was told several different reasons by several different peoples employees. I had to call title to get the correct reason. I have used peoples mortgage before and had a great experience, this time was just not the same. I felt like my wife and I were not a priority it felt more like we were just a number rather than a repeat customer.. I feel bad writing a negative review but with out a real true review how do you improve your business.. I am not out to get anything extra or bad mouth the business as a whole, but my over review for this experience is less than a three star experience.. My realtor was in the same position as far as communication went . In my opinion communication will make or break a client relationship. Ps side note .. I also recommend my brother when I bought my last house so this would be three different opportunities they had to keep our business unfortunately because of this experience I will not be back!
