Kyle is great to work with. Not sure that I would make the choice again to go with the arm loan because of the loan costs that were added to the loan, which makes the new loan $7k higher than the old loan. Also I have not received any refunds from extra property tax payments made but hopefully those will show up soon given this loan was started and signed over a month ago and almost two!
