Nick and his team were easy to work with. and always friendly and helpful. They were quick to respond to my calls and ready to provide answers to all of my questions. Ashley Daniel was so nice and was most helpful in getting all the information that was needed in securing the loan. It was always a pleasure to talk with her when she called. More people working with the public could learn a lot from her. It would be refreshing to call companies and know you will be treated with respect by someone like Ashley and Nick. Nick was most pleasant, kind and professional and always ready to help whenever he could. and kept insuring me that I could call and ask for help anytime Nick’s knowledge on the Mortgage process that best served my needs gave me confidence and well being in regards to the decisions I made. .He always provided clear explanations each time we spoke and encouraged me to call him if I should have additional questions..
