I was going into this experience without much confidence or hope. Previous experience elsewhere was not good. She was incredibly helpful, very nice, easy to talk to, able to explain anything I needed explained to me in a way I could understand. (I put Glenview for city since I now live there thanks to Chris) I have already given her name to 5 other people, two of them are realtors not related to this purchase. Also, the realtor I used and my closing attorney were very impressed with her and will be recommending Chris.
