Honestly, the overall process was good to go. I have no experience to grade against with this being my first purchase but I feel that it was good. Close to the end of the process, I felt that communication slowed down & lacked in some areas. I didn't like that because that was the most important time & ultimately, I still wasn't totally clear on numbers but I was ok with the bottom dollar so I accepted it.
