Tiffany was great, underwriting was a chore. I've dealt with Wintrust for years without issue, this closing was as difficult as I've ever experienced. I'm not sure if it was because it was a jumbo loan or Associated Bank was involved but dealing with the paperwork was tough. I'm an accountant that sits in front of a computer all day, with all the required documents in front of me. I cannot imagine how anyone else would be able to comply with underwriting.
