Courtland was incredible! He was always there when needed. I was super impressed that he was willing to work after hours. He would be there after 5pm and even on the weekends if needed. He never missed a beat. The closing went smooth. Everything was just great. My agent loved him. Just an all around professional. I would recommend Courtland to anyone in my family and my friend's.
