I wasn’t given all the details. The reps didn’t follow up or respond after I told them they set up my account incorrectly, and didn’t think it was necessary to help me fix their mistakes for lack of communication and false promises. Just told me not to worry, and things would get worked out. I told them to fix it since they’re the ones supposedly setting up the service for me. But they didn’t even acknowledge it or respond. The account is still set up incorrectly, and Frontier doesn’t answer phone calls after 5 p.m. I would not recommend Utility Concierge’s services, especially since it was unwilling to fix the account that was set up by the two reps. Really disappointing!
