Getting the mortgage was great; Tracy was very informative and helpful. My dissatisfaction comes from my mortgage being sold before my first payment. I was told WinTrust didn’t sell their mortgages but Looks like you do! If I wanted to be a Citi Bank customer, I would have applied directly to them. Richard “Scott” Adams
