Miscommunication and misunderstanding. Misunderstandings following unanswered questions and only education provided was a brutal video and quiz that you lose interest in after 10 mins. No explanation of what documents are that are being sent, how to read and understand the documents none of it just a here sign these documents and push it along despite the content. Questions were asked and vague answers were given. Me wanting to trust these people accepted that, but as we got through underwriting I began to realize I may have made a mistake trusting the answers given Vice forcing them to give more detailed answers and explanations.
