It has been a pleasure working with you for the last six months as we struggled with idea of moving from our home in North Carolina to Fredericksburg. Your insights, patient and thoroughness in helping us find our dream home at this stage in our life have been extremely helpful. His negotiations with the seller were handled very professionally to our benefit. He then involved Rebecca, his wife and business partner, in the myriad details including numerous paper signing during negotiations, inspections and related work requirements, utility connections, closing arrangements and many other details. Rebecca was very helpful in providing us with contact information and followed through on all of the details. She went well beyond our expectations. Michael and Rebecca were extremely easy to work with and very professional in all their dealings with us. We look forward to having them as friends in our new community.
