Oscar was genuinely so great - very informative and communicative. He was patient with all of my questions and sent over as many estimates as I asked for - no hesitation or questions asked. He went out on paternity leave during my closing process and made sure I was covered for day-to-day tasks, but the best part was him calling me (while still on paternity leave!) to let me know interest rates dropped and if I wanted to lock in at a lower rate.
