had the most Amazing experience with Southern Trust Mortgage. We were officially notified Feb 11, 2022 that the owner of the home we were renting wanted to sell. My realtor connected me with two mortgage companies. One company looked at my score called me once to tell me what it was never followed up. Adam and Mike looked at our scores wrote up a plan of how we can improve and we worked that plan. We were Pre Approved in April mid month. Had an offer accepted about 2 weeks later. CLOSED MAY 27th. The entire team IS GREAT!!! Amy, Karen, Adam, Mike. We definitely had the dream team on our side. We never imagined to be in a new home this year or ever.
