I Requested to have my Service Installed as I knew the House did not have Fiber! Then I received an Email stating that it was going to be a Self Install... So then tried to call but left message, then I replied to the Email and finally got a call back and they said that I would have to call the provider AT&T to set up the Service install myself! So had them Cancel Everything. If I have to Deal with AT&T myself I'll do It All, No need someone else who couldn't do what I asked get credit for my servce!
