They assisted the whole way through, by answering my calls for any questions or concerns at that time or within a very timely manner in a very professional and understanding way. Very knowledgeable with the mortgage, underwriting and closing. Even with a few hiccups along the way "My Discrepancy" and with all things considered we met our goal with closing and I couldn't be happier with my home and to make it to becoming a first time home buyer!
