I bought some lovely furniture and rugs too. Some furniture I cancelled and was charged a 5,000. fee for canceling beds that never left the warehouse. I did not understand this but of course paid it. Also, I did a lot of my shopping over Black Friday, an extra 25 percent was to be deducted from some chairs and in the final bill it was not. I never took a pic so to prove it. These misses to me made the experience less than what it should have been. Otherwise, very lovely and helpful sales folks!
