My sales associate was on vacation when I finally was able to come in and place my order. Another sales associate wrote up my bedroom set order on behalf of the woman I was working with bc she was away. This person IMO unethically divided my order into two (one chest of drawers and 2 night stands), claiming a portion to benefit from the commission which he was not owed. This meant my sales person not only lost out on that part of her commission but also did not have information access to his half of the bedroom set order and so when I would call for delivery updates I had to wait to hear from him about the portion he wrote up for himself. That's when I discovered the order was divided. I also made it clear we had a brand new home with little furniture and had many rooms to outfit. As a viable, ready, willing and able customer no-one took the time to reach out to ask for my business. So I took it elsewhere and ended up going to RH.
