Still concerned that I still have not received my 2 dog's heart worm results even after I called yesterday and they said their machine was broken. Seems odd as I always receive results the next day and now it is 4 days later and no word even after I called and expressed concern, wanting results so I could start their medication. They assured me that I would hear from them soon and still no text or call. Disappointing for sure.
