Drew and his staff were very helpful throughout the whole process. They were prompt in responding to our questions over email and phone. We believe we got a competitive rate, and they did their best to help when our closing got delayed. The electronic document system was easy to navigate and very helpful in sharing and signing documents, although there were some glitches towards the end. One point of feedback - it would be helpful if all the documents were reviewed well in advance, so that one is not rushing to submit missing documents/ information at the last minute. Overall, a very good experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage.
