Amy was wonderful to work with! I really cannot say enough nice things about her. We spoke with several other realtors before finding Amy and she was the first one to take the time to address the stress of first time home buying. She answered our silly questions and guided us through negotiations. We worked with a very difficult seller who was demanding ridiculous things and was downright rude to my lender and even his own realtor at times. We thought we might just have to walk away at some point, but Amy knew we really wanted the house so she made it happen by connecting with his realtor. I highly recommend Amy Wagner and will certainly use her services again when we are ready to upgrade!
