Visits have always gone well, and communication with providers has been consistently good. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. However, I’ve been very frustrated when trying to refill prescriptions. The pharmacy has never answered the phone, and the voicemail is consistently full, so it’s not possible to leave a message. As a result, I have to call the front desk, which often involves being placed on hold for 10–20 minutes—I understand they are busy, but this creates an ongoing inconvenience. Is there a way to improve communication with the pharmacy or streamline the refill process?
