CUSTOMER SERVICE BEGINS NOT with the unsolicited mailer sent through the postal system... but rather with the first point of contact--that in my case was the "Receptionist" who answered the phone. When that experience is a RESOUNDING FAILURE in terms of professionalism, competence, compassion, and the desire to be helpful; EVERYTHING CAN BE RIGHTFULLY ANTICIPATED AS GOING DOWNHILL FROM THERE. As a result, WHY would any caring pet parent wish to entrust the care of a beloved pet to a business so poorly represented on the front line? Thus, sums up my first and last experience with Noah's Ark Animal Clinic on May 22, 2026.
