Thank you so much to an AMAZING Team!! Having gone through this process before I can’t tell you how seamless and efficient this experience has been for me with the Bracken Team. Brendan, Ruthie and Beatriz were so attentive and helpful, and yet as I am still new to this world of loans and funding, they helped educate me on many things I had questions on. Their patience and how everything was explained in regard to the loan, the rates, my options were beyond my expectations. Of course, there were times that I was worried or had fear because it is such a big purchase and doing this right at the elections … but all it literally took was a call they actually picked up the phone or a text and one of them called me back right away and walked me through any questions I had. I always felt secure and a peace-of-mind knowing I was in good hands and that they were doing everything they could to help me and my family achieve our dreams. Using the Peoples Mortgage app they have was the absolute best to upload docs and It was great to know what was needed and where we were in the process. And together with my realtor John Goga …we did it, we got the house!!! I truly feel this wouldn’t have happened without such dedicated people who actually care and take pride in helping others. Just weeks ago I was driving by this house with a For Sale sign on it, and now I am the proud owner! I felt the Bracken Team genuinely cared about me and wanted to see me get the property. Today is day 3 that I have the house and we’ve been cleaning it up and getting ready to move in and I am over-the-moon happy and so excited!
