Bob was great to work with. He explained everything to me as if I had zero knowledge (which I basically did). I appreciated this because some people I spoke with spoke as if I had already owned a home and knew the mortgage lingo. Bob always made time for me and my questions, even on the weekends. He never made me feel dumb or silly for asking a question. He always made sure I truly understood him before moving on. Bob was awesome to work with!
