This has by far been the best experience I've had among the 10+ times I've applied for a mortgage or refinanced my home. This was also a complicated loan for us. It was our first time that we were using a second property as collateral and Olivia did an awesome job of navigating us through what needed to be done. She even anticipated additional documentation that underwriters required from us. A lot of this happened close to Christmas. Olivia went above and beyond her call of duty, both when we set up the loan and subsequently when we sold the property that was used as collateral.
