Denise was great. She was very responsive and answered all of my questions. I'd gladly work with her again- she is top-flight. That said, I'd think twice before I worked with a company who is not a direct lender. Previous mortgages have been with banks. Moving forward, save for unusual circumstance, I'd consider going back to such loans
