All staff are pleasant and caring. I bring our pets here because the convenience of walk-ins and it used to cost almost 50% less than our local vet. The only question/ suggestion I have is regarding a focused exam. I requested an exam for my senior dog and had a list of concerns. In the past, with local vet, my dog is given a thorough exam where they are inspecting eyes, ears, every leg, paw, joint, mouth/teeth, listen to heart and lungs, palpate the abdomen, looking at skin/coat, listeneing to heart and lungs, etc. With you, that never happens. Only the issues or concerns I bring up are looked at. I know you have 2 levels of exams and I am OK with paying more for the focused exam, but I would feel better if it was more comprehensive. Is there a 3rd level option for exams? I would pay for a "nose-to-tail" exam, that is what I thought would be given this time since I added "senior dog exam".
