Michael and the entire Go Straley team were excellent. Ours was a long process, with many disappointments due to buyers' financing issues, but Michael pressed on. Michael negotiated well, he handled details, he provided many helpful tips, he listened to us. He went in person to speak with anyone necessary to help resolve questions that came up throughout the process. Jess and Rebecca were also both right there to answer questions and keep things going smoothly. Selling our home was frustrating, due to the financing issues (twice), but Michael stayed positive and encouraging. For about a month we spoke on the phone almost every day. You can tell that Michael ponders and anticipates, as he tried to clear any hurdles before we got to them, and the ones that were unanticipated he took in stride. He tirelessly, methodically, cleared up any loose ends. We've worked with many real estate agents, as buyers and sellers, and I am so thankful for Michael and team.
