The doctor was very unfriendly. I was not impressed. They kept me waiting for a very long time after the doctor left the room. I walked out to front desk to ask if I could pay & leave. I was told there was an emergency. I was sorry to hear that & hope the other pet will be okay. However there were 2-3 staff members standing around not busy & not one bothered to come tell me there would be a delay due to emergency. Instead I was left waiting for my invoice for about an hour
