Some parts are easier to get then you made out. The work is good but sometimes estimates of time are a bit off the wall. I know you make profit selling parts but if a delay give part number to client to source and charge a bit more to install it. I source things for a living and telling me you could not get a filter assembly for a 250HP 2005 Yamaha outboard, bothered me. Last thing you want to do is make angry your mechanic but i am not alone in this opinion of your shop.
