Mark and Bailey did a phenomenal job of making the pre-approval / closing process as smooth as possible and got the job done on a very tight timeline. I especially appreciated that Mark kept in touch while I was still searching for a home to provide me with helpful updates on rates, etc. and was willing to hop on the phone with the selling agent to vouch for me as I submitted my offer. I have been through this process a few times before and never has it been so seamless. I couldn't be happier with my choice and would highly recommend!
