VerifiedOne of the worst experiences at a veterinary clinic. I got there with my dog when we were 6th in line, 20-45 min to wait. Get the text that I'm next in line and to come in and sign in. Once signed in, my dog and I had to sit and wait for another 90 min+ before being seen! 100% bad client consideration. They said emergencies caused the delay. I don't believe it. Saw and heard no sounds of anyone rushing around for emergency. What i did see was docs and techs walking around back rooms talking and laughing & eating and a lot of time and attention being given to a dog that was in no emergency condition brought in by animal control guy. After almost 2 hour wait, finally called back to room for some more waiting. Doc finally came in and all was done was a quick look in ears. Then told no need for a swab of ears to look under scope because he was going to use a medication that would work on all ear infectons so it didnt matter. Very, very poor client service. I will be switching vets.
