This was probably the most professional experience we have ever had with Noah's Ark in the past many years we have been visiting. What we thought was wrong with Lucky was entirely wrong and a VERY pleasant surprise. While he was hurt it wasn't what we were fearing. We were given options not MUST DOS! Lucky is acting much better and happier.
