Joe was excellent! Very thorough presentation. I had a clear understanding of the services being provided by Move Concierge. Joe showed patience when listening to my questions and provided a reasonable answer to each. I would say Joe was having one of his better days. So far, things are going smoothly. Overall for this experience with Joe, 5 stars! Now I'll see how the rest of the team moves the process alone Here's hoping for no hidden surprises . All the best Gordon D.
