Franny and Ran helped me with my mortgage application on my first home. They were extremely helpful and responsive whenever I had any questions (I had quite a few since this was my first time going through this). I never had to worry about the financing of my loan since I knew that Franny and Ran were taking care of everything so I was free to focus my attention on other areas such as the house hunt and renovation planning. As a first time home buyer, I expected to be a lot more stressed out with the buying process, but Franny and Ran made everything as smooth as possible, and even got me a great interest rate on my loan.
