I was very disappointed in my sales associate. It was obvious from the outset she was purely commission driven. I had concerns and needed more than the usual attention for one particular item. Once order placed she dropped the ball. Never realizing to date I still have not received my order because we have a detail hanging fire. I actually called the manufacturer directly to find out more about the item I ordered. That information was different from what salesperson told me. I wish I had done that at the outset. I would have made a different decision.
