Bob Fornatto is great. Very kind & extremely helpful. I find wintrust hard to work with though. I tried to make a payment in one of their banks and noone knew what to do, I was there for an hour. The website is hard to navigate and everytime I call loan Servicing I'm on the phone for forever.
