Man, I don’t even know where to begin. I guess from the beginning! I was 7 months pregnant when we met Jason to help us find our dream home. We have gone through so many offers and always Never got chosen. We are what you would call the average family. Middle class. Decent income and good credit but we did not have thousands and thousands of dollars for due diligence or raising the home cost to win. Jason never gave up on us. Even with my anxiety and many random houses I would question him about, searching farther and farther out of our original search radius. He never got annoyed with me. He took the time the know exactly what we wanted in a home, our style, wants and needs. He was sure to check safety things for us like flooding, hvac and home safety things were up to date. He was very honest with us and you knew he was not in this for his pay cut, he actually cared for us. He cared enough that when I had an emergency c-section and was in the hospital with my daughter in the nicu, he went and drove an hour away to look at a house for us and send us great videos and pictures. Noting anything and everything. Another great thing about working with Jason is the communication. We basically became besties because of how much we talked/texted. He was always right on top of everything you needed or your lender needed. I never went longer than 10-15 minutes for a reply. So many offers, so many sad texts saying he was sorry our offer didn’t get chosen, but he kept me confident we would find something! Well that house he went and looked at for us while we were in the hospital- we got it!!! Technically sight unseen. But we trusted Jason and his judgement. Fast forward to the most difficult and frustrating closing experience (not because of him) and we finally went to go see the house and we LOVE IT! We finally closed and I have to say I feel weird. I enjoyed working with Jason so much that it feels weird not talking to him everyday now! I can’t recommend him enough. If you want someone that truly has your back. Has your wants and needs down 100%. Is ON TOP of everything very quickly and has amazing communication, his dedication is insane and is just all around An amazing human being with a huge heart, Jason is your guy. He will make you laugh, help you not stress too much and cry with you along this crazy road of buying a home in this market. We are so blessed to have met Jason, worked with Jason and to consider ourselves his friends. Call Jason for all your home buying needs, you will NOT regret it!
