From the onset the experience seemed like there was a disconnect. Towards the end of the process (2 business days prior to closing) Information that was already given was requested again and some misinformation (closing amounts, realtors commissions etc) was communicated relating to final closing figures. After the closing there was no courtesy of genuine accountability or formal communication. Overall the experience was fair.
